Resetting Your Password

If you are currently signed out

  • From the login screen, tap "Sign In"
  • Enter your account email address then tap "Click here to reset your password"
  • If an account exists for that email address, an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password

    If you do not know your account email address, please contact customer support at 877-774-4363 or support@myconnectedcaregiver.com for additional assistance

If you are currently signed in

  • Open the side menu by tapping the icon
  • Next tap "settings" then "account information"

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen then tap "change password"
  • Enter your current password, your new password, then your new password again for verification
  • Tap "save" to finish updating your password
  • If you do not know your current password, tap "Click here to reset your password"
  • An an email will be sent with a link to reset your password to the email address on file for your account

    If you do not know the email address on file for your account, simply return to the profile page on the previous screen where it will be listed
