Exporting Tracking Data

One of Connected Caregiver's many benefits is the ability to export a history of recorded health metrics. Let's say you have your annual physical coming up and want to share your health history with your doctor. Exporting tracking data is a great way to share these important metrics to give them a look into your recent health trends.

Accessing the Exports Section

Tap the "Tracking" button in the footer at the bottom of the page to navigate to the tracking section. From here there are two ways to access the exports section.

  1. If you plan to export multiple metrics at the same time, tap the "Export" button in the top left of the tracking page
  2. If you plan to export only one metric, tap on the card for that specific metric (for example, Blood Pressure) to open the metric history, then tap the "Export" button in the top left of the metric history page

Creating your Export

  • Tap the "Metrics" button, then select which metrics you would like to include in your export
  • After making your selection, tap "Save"

  • Select a start date and end date for the period of time that you would like to export
  • Choose who should receive the export. You may select more than one recipient
    • All members of the Care Circle, including professional contacts, will be listed here. If you select those members, the export will be delivered to the email address that they have on file
    • You may also choose "Manual Entry" to send the export to someone who is not in your Care Circle. If you select "Manual Entry" you will be prompted to type in that person's email address
  • Tap "Save"

  • Tap the "Form" button
  • Choose whether you would like to receive the export as a CSV (comma separated value) file or the Enhanced One Pager. A CSV file will open in Microsoft Excel or similar program. The Enhanced One Pager will be delivered as a PDF.

NOTE: the Enhanced One Pager feature is coming soon and is not available at the time this article was published. You may only see the CSV option until the Enhanced One Pager feature is available

  • Tap "Submit" and then "Export" to complete the export

Receiving Your Export

The export will take a few minutes to reach you. Feel free to continue browsing the app while you wait. You do not need to stay on the exports page. The export will be automatically emailed to you from support@myconnectedcaregiver.com
