Safety Monitoring Profile Setup
As a Safety+ subscriber, your service includes access to our 24/7 emergency response center. In the event of an emergency, the response center will pass along critical information that you would like to provide which may improve EMS response time.
To ensure that the emergency response center has this information, follow the steps below to fill in optional Loved One profile details within the Connected Caregiver app.
- Tap the Care Circle icon
- Tap on the Loved One profile card, the tap "Edit"
- Scroll down until you see the optional fields as shown in the screenshot below
- Tap "Save"
Click here to download a copy of the Safety Monitoring Worksheet. The worksheet is here to assist with gathering the information, however it is important to fill in the details within the Connected Caregiver app so that the emergency response team can see them in the event of an emergency.
