How to Set Up Manual Vitals Tracking

Tracking Cards

Tracking individual measurements and events is essential to get the most out of your Connected Caregiver service. To start tracking, simply turn on tracking cards for each measurement or event that you would like to receive alerts for by following the steps

  • Navigate to the “Tracking” page by selecting “Tracking” in the bottom navigation
  • Select the gear icon in the top right corner
  • Tap the toggle switch to turn on the relevant cards and/or create a custom tracking metric

Create A Manual Entry

With Connected Caregiver, you have the flexibility to manually enter measurements for tracking cards if you do not wish to use one of our cell-enabled devices. To manually enter a new measurement for an existing tracking card, follow the steps below.

  • Select the relevant card you wish to add a value for (Ex. Blood Pressure) by tapping the card
  • In the bottom right corner, select the blue rounded plus button
  • Key in the relevant metric values, date/time details, and notes
  • Select “Add” in the top right corner of the app

Connected Caregiver provides the ability to track a variety of metrics, and even lets you create your own custom tracking card for metrics that don't come with cards by default. For example social activity, physical activity, skipped meals, etc. To add your own custom tracking card, follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to the “Tracking” page by selecting “Tracking” in the bottom navigation (second from the left)
  • Select the gear icon in the top right corner
  • Scroll down and select "Add Custom Tracking"
  • Enter a title, unit type, and maximum/minimum values
  • Select "Save" to save the card and return to the tracking page
