Managing Your Subscription
Connected Caregiver provides a wide variety of helpful care giving features at no cost to you through our Care Essentials plan. In addition, Connected Caregiver offers the Safety+ and Wellness+ packages, which come with advanced care giving features. Upgrade Your Plan
If you are ready to upgrade, please follow the instructions below.
Upgrade to the Peace of Mind Bundle
The Peace of Mind Bundle is our best value. Subscribers get all of the benefits of the Prompter Connected Pillbox, Safety+, and Care Essentials all for one discounted price.
To upgrade, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the side menu by selecting the ☰ icon in the top left corner of the app
- Select "Devices"
- Select "Peace of Mind Bundle" from the list
- Select "Add to Cart" - You will automatically be navigated to the cart
Complete your checkout, making sure to select a shipping address and payment method. The payment method will be used for today's charge, as well as your recurring monthly subscription fee

Upgrade to Prompter Connected Pillbox
Prompter Connected Pillbox subscribers get all of the benefits detailed here, plus all of Care Essentials included at no additional cost.
To upgrade, follow the instructions below.

- Select "Devices"
- Select "Prompter Connected Pillbox" from the list
- Select "Add to Cart" - You will automatically be navigated to the cart

Upgrade to Safety+
Safety+ subscribers get all of the benefits detailed here, plus all of Care Essentials included at no additional cost.

- Select "Safety+" from the list
- Select "Add to Cart" - You will automatically be navigated to the cart

Upgrade to Wellness+
Wellness+ can be added onto any of the previous subscriptions at any time. Wellness+ subscribers get all of the benefits of Care Essentials, plus have access to our suite of 4G connected medical devices, which eliminate the need to manually enter vitals readings.
To upgrade, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the side menu by selecting the ☰ icon in the top left corner of the app
- Select "Devices"
- Select whichever available devices that you would like to add. Pricing for Wellness+ is based on the number of connected devices that you order
- Select "Add to Cart" - You will automatically be navigated to the cart
- If you want to add any additional devices, you can do so from the cart using the "Add a Device" button

Downgrade Your Plan
Downgrade from a paid subscription to Care Essentials
In order to downgrade from any of the paid subscriptions listed above to Care Essentials, it is necessary to deactivate your connected devices. At this time, there is no option to deactivate a device built into the Connected Caregiver app. Please contact our customer service team at support@myconnectedcaregiver.com or 877-774-4363 for assistance.
Cancel Your Subscription
Before cancelling your subscription entirely, consider continuing with a Care Essentials subscription. Care Essentials is free forever, so you can continue using any features available with Care Essentials for as long as you would like, and can easily access your data in the future.
If you would like to completely delete your account, follow the instructions below. Note that if you delete your account, you may not have access to any account data in the future.
- Tap the "Care Circle" icon in the upper left corner of the Connected Caregiver app
Navigate to the bottom of the profile page and select "Delete Account"
Note that only a the Primary Caregiver has permission to delete an account. If you are not sure what type of account you have, click here
If you would like us to delete all of your historical data from our servers, please submit a formal request with our customer service team at support@myconnectedcaregiver.com or 877-774-4363.
