Managing Care Circle
Invite a member to your care circle
In order to invite a member to the Care Circle, you must be a Primary Caregiver and you must have already completed your own account setup. Click here for instructions on completing account Setup as a Primary Caregiver.
Secondary Caregiver
- Tap the "Group" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap the + button
- Tap "Invite Other Caregivers"
- Type the email address or phone number where you would like the invite sent, then tap the + button to add it to the list
- When you are finished, tap "Send Invites"
- The secondary caregiver will then create an account using the invite code to join your Care Circle. For instructions regarding account setup for a secondary caregiver, click here
Professional Contact
Professional Contacts are not part of the Care Circle (cannot login to view tracking, events, etc) and therefore do not need to accept an invite or create an account. Adding a professional contact provides an easy way to contact them conveniently from within the Connected Caregiver app.
- Tap the "Group" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap the + button
- Tap "Professional Contacts"
- Fill in contact details then tap "Save"
Additional Loved One
During account setup, a single Loved One is automatically invited and added to your care circle. Follow these instructions to invite additional loved ones.
- Tap the "Group" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap the + button
- Tap "Loved One"
- Select the relationship type for the person you are caring for, then tap "Next"
- Enter their first and last name and phone number (optional) for the person you are caring for
- Optionally, you can add more information to fill out your Loved One's profile by editing it, which is detailed in the next section of this article.
Edit Profile
- Tap the "Group" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
Tap on the profile card of the Care Circle Member that you wish to edit
Note that a Primary Caregiver may edit their own profile, the Loved One's profile, and professional contacts, but may not edit Secondary Caregiver Profiles. Other members of the Care Circle may only edit their own profile and professional contacts.
- Tap the "Edit" button. After making any desired changes, tap "Save"
Remove Member
- At this time there is no function to remove a member from the Care Circle within the Connected Caregiver app. Please contact a member of the support team to have a Care Circle member removed. Call us at 877-774-4363 or email us at support@myconnectedcaregiver.com.
Delete Member
- Tap the "Group" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
Tap on the profile card of the Care Circle Member that you wish to delete
Note that users only have permission to delete their own profile. They are not able to delete other members' profiles. Deleting the Primary Caregiver account will disband the entire Care Circle.
- Tap the "Delete Account" button. Confirm deletion on the overlay that appears to complete account deletion
