Account Setup - Secondary Caregiver
Types of Accounts
This article contains instructions for creating your account as a Secondary Caregiver. If you are setting up an account as a Primary Caregiver, click here. If you have not yet created a Connected Caregiver username and password
- Before getting started, you should have received an email or text containing an invite code to join the Care Circle - If you have not received an invitation, please ask the Primary Caregiver to invite you to join the Care Circle. Click here for detailed instructions for inviting a member to the Care Circle
- Create your account by providing your first & last name, email, and a password
- Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, then tap "Create Account"
- Select "Invite Code" as your role then tap "Next"
- Type in your invite code and tap "Get Started"
If you have already created a Connected Caregiver username and password
- Before getting started, you should have received an email or text containing an invite code to join the Care Circle - If you have not received an invitation, please ask the Primary Caregiver to invite you to join the Care Circle. - Navigate to the Care Circle page
- Tap the "+" icon
- Tap "Join a care circle with invite code"
- Type in your invite code and tap "Get Started"
