Account Setup - Primary Caregiver

Types of Accounts

This article contains instructions for creating your account as a Primary Caregiver. If you are setting up an account as a Secondary Caregiver, click here. Instructions

• Create your account by providing your first & last name, email, and a password
• Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, then tap "Create Account"
• Select "Caregiver" as your role then tap "Next"

• Select the relationship type for the person you are caring for, then tap "Next"
• Enter the name and phone number for the person you are caring for, then tap "Next" to complete the account setup
